We are God's technology and His electric power flows through us by power of the Holy Spirit, causing a surge of energy “that cannot be contained... it can only be transferred.” It doesn't just stir up purpose but it sparks the gifts God has placed in us. As we remain connected to the ultimate power source, our desire and passion for God Himself grows. We speak His Word and live it too. We are an electric generation that is in love with Jesus Christ and will change the world as carriers and conduits of the anointing. We are SURGE.

    Bishop Jarron C. O’Neal

    Bishop O’Neal is a man marked by a deep love for God and heartfelt compassion for His people. A dedicated and revelatory teacher, he proclaims the gospel with clarity, power, and depth. His ability to rightly divide the Word flows from a life of continual study and sincere devotion to Scripture. Beyond the pulpit, he is a committed family man who lives out the truth he teaches every day.

    For 18 years, Bishop Jarron C. O’Neal serves as the Senior Pastor of The Fountain Church International in Pomona, California. Since 2016, he and Lady Crystal O’Neal have led the expansion of the ministry, planting churches in Arizona, Kenya, and several other locations they continue to oversee.
